As the Head of the Center for Analytics, Performance, and Information for Education Services at Dell EMC, Sydney spearhead the global learning strategy while strengthening talent, information, and knowledge management across the enterprise. As a respected thought leader, she has been an author and speaker at Columbia University and Harvard Faculty Club. She is also on the Executive Committee of the Learning, Development, and Organizational Performance Council. Sydney has a Doctorate of Education with concentrations in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University and a Master of Public Administration from Troy University.
