Bill Schaninger (Author & Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co.)

Bill Schaninger discusses Beyond Performance 2.0: A Proven Approach to Leading Large-Scale Change, a book he co-authored with Scott Keller. He talks about how with this book the focus is on providing a workable and practical guide to change management for leaders. According to Schaninger, the book revises and updates the initial book, Beyond Performance, which laid out the tenets of their “Five Frames of Performance and Health” for change management. He explains that the research conducted with more than 2,000 companies over 15 years shows that when companies run better and use formulas that are rigorously tested they succeed.
