Bill Schaninger (Author & Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co.)

Bill Schaninger explains that the principles laid out in his book, Beyond Performance 2.0: A Proven Approach to Leading Large-Scale Change, can be applied to any type of change management regardless of size. He talks about how implementing small changes in an organization may not make a difference because they are more likely to be ignored or pushed off. Schaninger discusses why for changes in an organization to be effective they need to become central to the corporate agenda and they need to be transformational involving both processes and the mindset of the leaders and the employees.
