Thales Teixeira discusses his motivation for writing his new book, Unlocking the Customer Value Chain. He talks about his research into digital disruption and how it was affecting large corporations and the creation of new startups. Teixeira shares that he discovered a pattern in how startups were capturing market share from established companies by doing one thing better in fulfilling customer needs as part of the customer value chain. He provides examples of companies that have been successful with this technique.
