Tilman explains Kosslyns’s theory that disputes the idea of a right and left brain functionality. According to Tilman, the idea focuses the top brain function of vision, planning and execution, and the interaction of the bottom brain function which focuses on the perception of our environment. He makes an analogy of this concept to how organizations function in terms of a division of labor.
