Filipe Dahlin, Head of Global Learning and Technology at Philip Morris International, meets with a Sarder TV correspondent, to discuss learning initiatives at his organization. He talks about some of the topics from the 2017 CLO Insight Summit resonated with him including artificial intelligence and adaptive learning. He explains how Philip Morris is in the midst of a major transformation to a smoke free future with new products and services. Dahlin shares some of the ways they are thinking of using innovative learning approaches including utilizing AI for hiring and to match learning needs with learning interventions. He shares his views on the continuing importance of providing experiential learning experiences such as with classic instructor-led classes when you are trying to drive behavioral changes.
