Filipe Dahlin, Head of Global Learning and Technology at Philip Morris International, meets with a Sarder TV correspondent, to discuss learning initiatives at his organization. He shares his views on the continuing importance of providing experiential learning experiences such as with classic instructor-led classes when you are trying to drive behavioral changes.
