Dr. Sydney Savion talks about current research in the area of learning and development showing that 74% of companies are still utilizing traditional learning and development methods. This includes that 39% of L&D organizations are not providing learning at the work flow level. She discusses why this needs to change and that L&D needs to introduce new learning methods for employees that are less disruptive than traditional methods and meet the needs of today’s employees.
