This includes that 39% of L&D organizations are not providing learning at the work flow level. She discusses why this needs to change and that L&D needs to introduce new learning methods for employees that are less disruptive than traditional methods and meet the needs of today’s employees.

She is also on the Executive Committee of the Learning, Development, and Organizational Performance Council. Sydney has a Doctorate of Education with concentrations in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University and a Master of Public Administration from Troy University.
