Todd Thibodeaux explains how CompTIA was able to respond quickly to the challenges of a pandemic and a lengthy lockdown. He talks about how as a global organization the company already had a collaboration platform in place providing the ability for employees to work at home. Thibodeaux discusses some of the ways CompTIA helped their employees adjust to working 100 percent remotely by setting up a Covid channel where they could get information, and stay in touch with each other with work and non-work related interests to maintain a sense of community.
