Joyce Moy (Executive Director, AAARI at CUNY)

Dr. Joyce Moy discusses what she sees as challenges that have a commonality to all small businesses not just those started by immigrants. She points to the day to day struggle to run and business and make a profit which allows very little time to assess changing consumer needs and economic circumstances. Moy talks about ways in which small business owners could keep connected to consumer demand in a way that keeps them agile and able to change products and services when necessary.
