Why is Lifelong Learning Important?

Dan Hoffman (Former CEO, M5 Networks)

Dan talks about how lifelong learning needs to be a company value and that a company will grow as quickly as the leader or CEO grows as a person. He reinforces in his company the principle that you always need a coach to learn from whether you are the CEO and on down.
