What Qualities are Important when Hiring a Leader?

Riazi talks about what qualities she looks for when hiring a manager. According to Riazi, passion and compassion are the most important attributes to have as a manager or leader. Riazi states that it is important to have knowledge and skills such as the what and how of what you are doing but it is the why that is the most important aspect of work. Individuals who are not afraid of change and can lead through transformation and understand the why surrounding the work will be the best leaders according to Riazi.
