Frank Ford explains that fear is the main reason people and companies are unable to move forward with new ideas and continued growth. According to Ford, there are all kinds of fear, from fear of making a mistake or being judged or not trusting in oneself. He explains his company’s philosophy that if you change your default position from “no” or “yes, but” to “yes, and” you open the door to wonderful possibilities.
