Michelle Gadsen-Williams discusses the role that her parents played in providing a role model for her success. She talks about how both her parents as business professionals provided her with a work ethic and a role model to follow. Gadsen-Williams points out that her father who is a corporate business leader did not want her to pursue a career as a corporate executive because of the difficulty in achieving success. She talks about what drew her to her career including her desire to lead people, travel the world and to learn new skills.
