Joel Peterson explains that when a new publisher asked him to revise his well-known book The 10 Laws of Trust: Building the Bonds That Make a Business Great he decided he would focus on two issues that he believes are very relevant today. This includes how there is a crisis of trust in society currently and people are wary of trusting anyone or any company. Peterson discusses why he decided to add more information on how to build a culture of trust within an organization and how do you survive betrayal.
