Frank Ford discusses how the book, Happy Accidents, was born out of choice made during difficult times. He talks about how the corporate entertainment side of his business dried up during the 2008 financial crisis and they had to get creative in coming up with a new revenue stream. According to Ford, the decision to turn to keynote speaking at the corporate level was a “happy accident.”
