Robert Reiss discusses why he came up with the idea for his book Transformative CEO including that he felt successful CEO’s have a unique insight on both personal and business success and he wanted to create a forum where their thought could be shared with the public. According to Robert the interviews included in the book were limited to CEO’s of companies that had a billion dollars in sales and represented major brands. Anyone who wants to become a CEO or advance their career can learn from these interviews with CEOs.
