CLO Insight Summit 2017 – Vanessa Tyler interviews Paul Fama, Global Learning Leader at GE
Paul Fama, Global Learning Leader at GE, talks about learning programs at his company and future learning directions. This includes, according to Fama, looking at ways to create programs that can be adapted and refigured as needs and the marketplace change.
Fama talks about the role of technology and how it is playing a huge role in making learning programs more accessible and easy to use. He discusses how GE still believes in offering a premium traditional instructor-led experience at their global center in New York, where employees can interact with each other and reflect on their learning.
In addition Paul shares some of what he has learned at the CLO Insight Summit 2017, including that companies need to be ready for the 5G network.
