NYSCI (The New York Hall of Science)

Ivan Seidenberg discusses the evolution of Verizon as it changed to a company fully focused on people and meeting their communication needs. He points to the famous, “Can you hear me now?” advertising campaign that he feels made the company more approachable to consumers. He talks about how the organization began measuring success by getting it right with their customers.
