Josh Davis (Author & Ph.D. Ivy League Professor)
Josh Davis talks about what he has discovered about the toll that decision-making takes on our brain functioning. According to Davis, the more decisions we make during the day makes it harder to make the decisions that really matter. He explains that many people will take a break from their work and check their phone or their email or some other activity that may require a lot of decision-making leading to brain fatigue when we try to get back to our important tasks.
