Morgan, and Goldman Sachs. Howard began his career as a corporate lawyer in New York City and served in the Clinton Administration as an attorney and as a member of the Task Force on Reinventing Government. He is also co-author of Launchpad Republic: America’s Entrepreneurial Edge and Why It Matters.
