Peet van Biljon (Co-author of Profit with a Higher Purpose)
Peet van Biljon discusses why it can be difficult to find talented managers. He talks about research from Gallup indicating that only one in ten managers are actually competent in their jobs. Biljon explains why he believes leaders have a hard time finding the right managers including that they don’t take into consideration the changing needs of the business or they neglect to include a diversity of thought as a required characteristic for a manager.
