Cara Castronuova (TV Personality & Reporter, NBC’s The Biggest Loser Trainer)

Cara Castronuova talks about her big wins and her losses while boxing and in her present career. She discusses the feeling of being a boxing champion including being a Golden Glove champion twice and her boxing losses which she says kept her humble. Castronuova also talks about the kinds of difficulties she has run into as a TV personality and rewards she has found in helping kids and others to achieve healthy lifestyles.

Cara is a two-time Golden Gloves Boxing Champion and was ranked #2 in the nation by USA Boxing. She studied Broadcast Journalism at Hofstra University and works as a boxing sportscaster and color commentator. Cara is a regular fitness and health contributor to the website Prowdr. She is the Founder and Executive Media Director of the Knockout Obesity Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting childhood obesity.
