Tracy Saunders, Senior Director of Learning, and Development at Ellucian, shares her views on current learning efforts, with a Sarder TV correspondent at the 2017 CLO Insight Summit. She talks about how her company is in the middle of a huge transformation and the importance of learning in making this happen. Saunders explains that learning needs to happen every single day and that we need to be able to extract learning from every single interaction. She goes over the way they are instituting learning efforts to get employees up to speed with new products and to have everyone in the company speak with one voice. According to Saunders, learning today is all about staying relevant through technology and continuous learning.
