Suzanne M. Johnson Vickberg is a social-personality psychologist and Deloitte’s lead researcher on the firm’s Business Chemistry system. Suzanne uses Business Chemistry to help teams explore how their work is shaped by the mix of individuals who make up the team and the unique characteristics they each possess. She is the coauthor of an HBR cover feature article on Business Chemistry as well as a new book, Business Chemistry: Practical Magic for Crafting Powerful Work Relationships.
