Safi Bahcall (Author, Physicist & Former CEO, Synta Pharmaceuticals)

Safi Bahcall explains his term the Moses trap as it relates to leadership. He talks about how too many leaders manage as if they were a powerful figure like Moses rather than a gardener who nurtures all team members equally.
