Michael holds a Ph.D from the Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies at Adelphi University, and has written on leadership transition, leading in a weak economy, innovation, and improving corporate ethics. He is also a Lore Institute Certified Executive Coach, and is an Instructor in graduate courses at NYU in leadership, organizational change, and Positive Psychology.
