Frank Ford  (Author & Co-founder, Four Day Weekend)


Frank Ford talks about a philosophy that is covered in his book, Happy Accidents: The Transformative Power of “Yes, and” at Work and in Life. According to Ford, everybody is an expert in something and it is important to honor each other’s perspective. He talks about how improvisation teaches you to listen and to work as a team understanding each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
