What do you, as President & CEO of PMI, discuss with your peers?

Talks about the tectonic shift and how he and his peers have shifted their focus to their social responsibility. The multi-faceted changing of the world from now until the next few decades is calling for leadership and collaborative skills, which is something his peers discuss with him most times. Various verticals are looking into organizational behavior and their social footprint. Addition of change-makers into various organizations, not only people who bring changes but are also adaptive to changes. The three areas that organizations are looking into are operations, social responsibility, and value addition.
