Alexandra Lajoux discusses her reference series on mergers and acquisitions that include: The Art of M&A Strategy, The Art of Bank M&A, and the Art of M&A Integration. According to Lajoux, the series was a natural progression from her father’s publication on mergers and acquisitions which she worked on. Lajoux points out that working on the popular reference book series is an interdisciplinary learning experience that includes the topics of accounting, law, business strategy, tax information and research.
