Kevin Kelly, Director of Education Programs at AWS, talks about various programs which target higher education, but also speaks of programs such as Get IT with children as young as 12 years old and young women. An environment which gives these young students hands-on labs. He also speaks of 12 week programs such as AWS Restart, which is another initiative by AWS where military personnel are helped with transitioning into civilian workforce. Lastly, he talks about accrelerated career development programs such as TechU which is built to help recruit people entering the real world workforce.
