Daniel Lovely (Former CLO, AIG)


Dan Lovely goes over two of the major components that were part of the learning transformation at AIG. This included centralizing and modernizing the learning function and building a learning culture within the organization. According to Lovely, there were challenges in creating a learning culture because of the way that AIG operates there was little time for reflection on experience which he states is necessary for learning.
