Jesse Jackson addresses the issue of self-learning in the corporate setting. He talks about how one of the main responsibilities of a learning and development organization is to curate the information and make it available to employees in ways that are easy to access and use. According to Jackson, he is seeing more intellectual curiosity and a willingness to explore new topics on the part of employees and that is why L&D is working hard to provide new learning options including working with universities to provide new and interesting content.
