Roland Cloutier (Chief Security Officer, ADP)


Roland Cloutier explains his responsibilities as CSO at ADP including overseeing all computer security, operational risk, and privacy control operations for the international company. He explains each area of his division including groups dedicated to cyber defense, computer forensics, and what he refers to as his “911 people” who watch over the computer infrastructure and oversee correcting any problems and getting systems operational again when necessary. Cloutier talks about the need for effective communication skills in promoting cyber safety to employees and clients.
