Joyce Moy (Executive Director, AAARI at CUNY)

Joyce O. Moy talks about her work with the New York State Governor’s Taskforce on Small Business. She goes over the Taskforce’s mission including to support small business needs through providing access to resources such as capital and technical assistance. Ms. Moy discusses the many accomplishments of the Taskforce including how it helps small entrepreneurial startups scale for growth.
