Dr. Joyce Moy explains what she believes are the main reasons that immigrant small business fail including a lack of differentiation in the type of businesses being offered so that the older businesses are often forced out of business due to lack of capital. She provides her thoughts on how community organizations can assist would be entrepreneurs to come up with business plans that make sense for their communities before they launch their business concern.
