Barbara Fuchs talks about how she is new to her role and has just finished the initial program assessment and is now working on the implementation of new programs.
Fuchs explains that the current focus is looking at all areas involved in talent management including diversity, performance management, mobility, and inclusion because everything is related. According to Fuchs, the company is conservative about implementing new technology but is now looking to use gaming, videos, social media, and other types of technology to create a new learning platform.
