She has done extensive research on learning theories, best practices & methodologies, and the real-world experiences of other learning and development professionals. She is the author of Pfeiffer’s 3-book Essential Guides to Training Basics series, and has developed workshops and e-learning programs for HDRQ and The Center for Creative Leadership, as well as self-study learning programs for the American Management Association. For Wiley, she helped to develop The Leadership Challenge Workshop and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshop, among others.
