Bill Jensen discusses the idea that it is not just employees that don’t like change, it is also leaders who want to hold on to the old ways of doing things. According to Jensen, leaders are holding us back from the future because they are still focused on their quarterly returns instead of being workforce centered. He also talks about how fear is holding everybody back and that we all need to hold ourselves accountable and stop acting from a place of fear. He suggests ways in which we can all change how we look at things and give us the courage and the power to change.
