David Ahearn explains some of the ways he works with corporate teams to get them to understand the benefits of working collaboratively using the concepts based on improvisation techniques. He talks about exercises he uses in his consulting that illustrate the need to start with yes as a philosophy and when you have to say no make it a considerate no.
