How did you come up with your innovative ideas for business growth?

Safi Bahcall (Author, Physicist & Former CEO, Synta Pharmaceuticals)

Safi Bahcall talks about how his revolutionary ideas for a new type of business culture grew out of his dissatisfaction with what he calls “squishy psychology” around building corporate cultures. The preeminent physicist and former CEO of Synta Pharmaceuticals explains his new approach to corporate success and encouraging innovation based on the application of science to the business world. According to Bahcall, it is hard to fix a corporate culture but fixing a corporate structure is an easier premise and can have immediate positive results.
