Andrew Faas, Management consultant, activist, agitator, Founder of the Faas Foundation, and author talks with SarderTV correspondent, Vanessa Tyler, about his latest book, From Bully to Bull’s Eye. He tells his own personal story of being bullied in the workplace and how he became a whistleblower about a corrupt executive and how this experience led to the writing of his book. Faas goes through the 18 months of what he refers to as hell after becoming a whistleblower that included having his phones tapped, being shunned by colleagues, and having private investigators follow him around. He also discusses the difference between the type of bullying that occurs between children and adult bullying that occurs in the workplace.
