Emma Engel explains some of the changes that have occurred in the Unisys Corporation including new leadership. She talks about how with the parent company undergoing a transformation her learning and development organization was able to move their focus from training to building relationships for a time which has had a profound effect in how management views Unisys University. Engel discusses how during the organizational change her staff focused on developing a consulting mindset and working with the business units to provide guidance and do a gap analysis on current employee skills.
