Bill Jensen (Author of Future Strong)

Bill Jensen talks about his book, Future Strong, for which he interviewed more than 7,000 people from all over the world. He explains that he did not have a set structure for the book and that the chapters formed themselves from the results of the interviews. He provides some highlights from the book including the recommendations for surviving changes in the workforce such as the need to know yourself, know your passion, be willing to be vulnerable, and rely on teamwork.
