His team is responsible for all new hire onboarding, professional development, and leadership growth and they recently won the HR.com Leadership 500 award for Best Executive Coaching Program. Regis also sits on the IAB’s Digital Media Sales Certification committee. Before joining BuzzFeed in early 2013, he managed the training team for AOL Advertising and was a member of the global training team at Yahoo!. He lives in Huntington, NY with his wife Mary and 2 willful young boys, Hudson and Jack.
