According to Sukhbir Jasuja, the reason he was drawn to the learning industry was a personal interest in competence development and competence building. He talks about how he does not see himself primarily as an educator, but a business person who sees ways to create new values, and improve the use of technology for learning, learning delivery and learning measurement.
