Derek Lidow discusses the reasons why people become entrepreneurs. He talks about how research shows that 80% of entrepreneurs made the decision to start their own business by choice while 20% became entrepreneurs because of need. Lidow provides his own theory that the majority of individuals become entrepreneurs to fulfill an internal need.
