She discusses how with experience should come confidence and self-esteem which are so critical to business success. One of her recommendations includes looking for opportunities to share your expertise and to shine including volunteering for doing presentations at local organizations.

She is the former executive director of business and community development at LaGuardia Community College and currently is executive director of the Asian American/Asian Research Institute of the City University of New York (CUNY)
