Valerie leaded the Talent Management team at Broadridge for over 5 years, which included diversity and inclusion, talent review and succession planning, performance management, development planning, leadership development, learning, organizational effectiveness, associate surveys, internal communications and internal brand, culture, change management and corporate social responsibility. Prior Broadridge, she held global leadership roles as VP of Talent Management and VP of Organizational Development in Fortune 100 companies, including BellSouth, ING, Merck and New York Life. Currently she is SVP of Leadership & Learning at QBE Insurance.
